Training should lead somewhere.

Fund the learning. Grow the talent. Strengthen the community.

iGrowth Foundation expands access to practical AI education, helps nonprofits and community groups adopt useful technology, and creates pathways for trained people to put their skills to work.

Practical AI training, taught in plain language, in rooms people can actually get to.

What iGrowth Foundation does

iGrowth Foundation helps people get practical AI training they could not otherwise reach, helps nonprofits and community groups use these tools responsibly in their everyday work, and then stays with the people who finish that training until it leads to something real: a community project, a mentor, a contract, an internship, a job. We are the Impact lane of a three-part mission, and we are early in this work. Where something is still in progress, this site says so plainly.

Where you fit

Four ways people come to this work

Whether you want to learn, need people who can do this work, serve a community, or want to open a door for someone, start here.

How the pathway works

Training should lead somewhere

Four steps, in order. Each one is a real handoff to the next, not a slogan.

  1. Step 1: Learn

Practical AI training through LifeQuest AI, community workshops, or a sponsored seat. Plain language, real tools, no prerequisites.

  2. Step 2: Demonstrate Skills

Finish a hands-on capstone that shows what you can actually do. Reviewed by the foundation, so it means something to the person on the other side of the table.

  3. Step 3: Connect to Opportunity

Community projects, mentorship, internships, contract assignments, and introductions to employers who need these skills.

  4. Step 4: Give Back

Graduates come back as mentors, workshop helpers, and proof that it works. That is what keeps the pathway open for the next person.

The person behind it

A note from Roger

I have spent more than thirty years helping people who do not think of themselves as technical get real work done with technology. The pattern almost never changes. Someone is sharp, careful, good with people, and completely convinced this stuff is not for them. Give them plain language, a real task, and someone who will not sigh at their questions, and they surprise themselves inside of an hour.

What has always bothered me is what happens next. Training ends, the certificate goes in a drawer, and nothing changes. Cost kept some people out to begin with. Distance and shaky confidence kept others out. And plenty of the ones who finished still had no one who could introduce them to the person doing the hiring.

That is why this foundation exists. Fund the learning, help people show what they can actually do, and then walk with them to the door. Training should lead somewhere.
