We have no technology staff. Is that a problem?
No, that is who this is for. Everything is taught assuming nobody on your team has time to become a technologist, because that is the honest situation in most small organizations.
Are you going to tell us to replace our people with software?
No. The goal is to take the administrative weight off people who are already stretched so they can spend more time with the people you serve. That is the whole point.
What about donor and client information?
We cover that directly, including what should not go into these tools at all. Responsible use means knowing the limits, and we would rather teach the boundaries than skip past them.
