Where things actually stand
Impact and Stories
This page has no numbers on it yet, and no stories. That is not an oversight. The work is just beginning, and an impact page full of projections would be the fastest way to lose your trust.
We are just getting started
Most organizations put this page up on day one with round numbers, a stock photo, and a quote from someone who does not exist. We are not going to do that. As of today there are no workshops delivered, no learners supported, and no completed community projects to report, because the foundation is at the beginning of its work rather than in the middle of it.
So instead, here is the commitment: this is the list of things we will count, and this is the page where they will appear. When there is one workshop, it will say one. When there is one learner supported, it will say one. Small honest numbers beat impressive vague ones, and they are the only kind we will publish.
Our reporting commitment
What we will track and publish here
These are the numbers we will report as the work gets going. Nothing here is an estimate or a projection.
Workshops delivered
Not yet published — nothing to report.
Learners supported
Not yet published — nothing to report.
Community projects completed
Not yet published — nothing to report.
Opportunities created
Not yet published — nothing to report.
Volunteer hours contributed
Not yet published — nothing to report.
Community locations served
Not yet published — nothing to report.
Alongside the counts we will publish what we learned, including the things that did not work. A program that stalls for lack of funding or a workshop nobody came to is more useful to read about than a highlight reel.
Learner, nonprofit, and partner stories
No stories published yet
There are no learner stories, nonprofit stories, or employer and partner stories on this page, because none have happened yet.
When they do, they will be published one at a time, about real people, with their written permission, and in their own words wherever we can manage it. A person can decline, or change their mind later and have their story taken down. Nothing on this page will ever be invented, composited from several people, or written by us and attributed to someone else.
The newsletter is where new stories go out first.
What "impact" will and will not mean here
The measure that matters to us is whether training led somewhere for a specific person. Not enrollment, not attendance, not how many people watched something.Training should lead somewhere. If we cannot show where, then we have not done the job, and this page should say so.
iGrowth Foundation cannot guarantee funding, scholarships, interviews, or employment. We connect people with opportunities where their skills can make a difference, and we are honest about what is available.
A certificate of completion is in development. It is not an accredited credential and does not carry academic credit.
For how support is arranged and where the foundation stands legally, seeDonations & Legal Status. For what we are building right now, see Programs. Progress in the meantime gets written up on News & Resources.
