How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within a few days. We are a small operation without a support desk, so a message that arrives on a Friday afternoon may not get a real answer until the following week. If something is time-sensitive, say so in the message and we will do what we can.
Is there a phone number?
Not a published one yet. Email reaches us reliably and leaves a record of what was said, which is better for both of us. If a phone call is the right way to handle your question, leave your number on the form and we will arrange a time rather than surprising you.
What do you do with what I send?
It goes to the foundation so we can answer you, and that is all. We do not sell it or trade it. We will never ask you for a Social Security number, financial records, or medical information, and you should not send them. Our privacy notice explains how we handle what you do send and how to ask us to delete it.
Can I send you a proposal, a resume, or an invoice?
A short note describing what you have in mind is welcome. Please do not attach large files or send unsolicited invoices — attachments are not what this form is built for, and we will ask you for what we need once we understand the request.
